Teambuilding is so much about being part of group and working not just as individuals but as part of that group. Thinking about and being aware of others is crucial but how about those around us who are less fortunate? We met a group for a treasure hunt last week as they were finishing a very large lunch. There was a lot of food left over and of course potentially going to waste. The group leader asked the restaurant to box the remaining food into portions for each team to take with them. But not for them - an extra task was added to the event for each team to give these boxes to a homeless person while they were out and about.  A great city is an exciting place but there are those for whom it holds no such excitement -a spontaneous thought and a special one. There is an excellent quote - "Remember there's no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no logical end."
